WebBack in November and December I had some major stress points in life and started having major sleeping issues for the first time ever. Essentially I couldn’t stay asleep. I’d fall asleep for about 2 hours to start the night then wake up, and continue to wake up every 45 minute to an hour. It was ruining my life. I was depressed.
