WebFalmouth VIPS was also founded with the intent to encourage and facilitate student volunteerism. To that end, students from Clipper Nation make significant contributions to the organization. The peer mentor program, overseen by Niisa Morton, currently boasts 20 FHS seniors, each of whom works with four younger students.
