WebI live in West Seattle but am familiar with High Point. It used to be pretty sketchy with a sizable low-income 'projects' area but the HUD development seems to have changed things a bit with a health clinic and food bank nearby. West of 35th Ave SW is preferable as you might luck into an Olympics view. It's called High Point for a reason.
