WebAn easy way to test the ICP is to simply unplug the pigtail from the ICP and see if the truck runs and idles better with it unplugged, if it does then your ICP is most likely bad. As mentioned earlier you can also check for oil on the pigtail side of the sensor. Oil there indicates a bad sensor.
