WebNO it's not worth it. Unless you like useless clothing etc. I've played all the Far Cry games and this one in it's vanilla state is probably my favourite. The crafting of weapons has been simplified, no endless grinding, it's not easy until you get the elite weapons and then it becomes a bloodbath.
